The ‘minimum repair’ relates to an electrical fix only, if there is a requirement for patches or additional work, this will be quoted extra accordingly after inspecting the tyre warmer
When sending your tyre warmer back for repair, please include the following (minimum):
Your name, contact number/s, e mail /address, when you would like the tyre warmer back for and any other information you feel will be helpful to us repairing your tyre warmer/s.
Quoting your repair/s:
As you can imagine, it is quite difficult for us to quote for something over the phone or email, without seeing the tyre warmer/s in question.
Please be aware if any tyre warmer/s have been sent in to HWW for repair / inspection & no work has been carried out on them, if the customer would like them returning then the appropriate carriage is applicable & must be paid for prior to dispatch.
